The tubing bender is very easy to build and works great. It will make a 90 deg. bend with one stroke. The basic plans are the best I've found, the bender is very stable and mobile, you can add a personal touch by adding wheels etc. but "DON'T" stray from the basic design because all the dimensions are accurate and it may not work properly if you don't follow directions (voice of experience) Below is a link to the plans for this tubing bender. Notice how clean the bends are. If you build it I would recommend using the 5/8 flat steel for the uprights as well as the arm because then you can get all the hardened pins from tractor supply (very inexpensive), also you should use the air over hydraulic bottle jack I got one of them off e-bay for $89.00 it's 8 ton and a lot easier to use than the hand pump type.
